ACTION

Lewes Maoist Action, the spiritual home of the greater East Sussex Maoist Tendency.

Maoism with East Sussex Characteristics is the shining light of revolutionary thinking in the United Kingdom. We are a movement intent upon syndical agrarian living, and our politics are based in the dialectic recognition that "There is internal contradiction in every single thing, hence its motion and development."

The only way to achieve socialism is via the deracination of all hitherto existing social relations; each and every one must be questioned and interrogated, and if they can no longer draw breath they must be disintergrated. The revolutionary vanguard can only begin at the point where the Capitals excesses enact the most violence: The third world, therefore it is our duty to move East Sussex towards third world conditions. Only then can we (as a county) be part of any kind of revolutionary struggle

Frequently Asked FAQ

Who are we?

We are ordinary East Sussex folk from all walks of life. Our cadre is made up of farmers, labourers, brewers, plumbers, artists, lawyers, councillors, NHS workers, carers, poets, decorators and many more. We do not disclose our membership or our identities because our strategy is infiltration. We disregard the openly self defeating tactics of communization and "activism". As a great poet once said, "in the enemy language it is necessary to lie". Truth will only prevail through the antagonism rendered in client secrecy and action by night.

Why would you follow Mao, in this day and age?

We do not "follow" Mao. We are not pious people. We follow the line of dialectical Maoist thought: A line that we are fully aware Mao himself and his "followers" were unable to hold on to. Mao failed in his own conceptions, and yet his essay "On Contradiction" outlines this very possibility, that down to the atomic level, the rock within the rock, the quark, and even Mao himself, contradiction rages like two Tatzelwurms conjoined and tearing at one another's tails.
